Physical Therapy is appropriate for anyone experiencing pain or dysfunction in their body. We start each PT plan of care with a PT evaluation where we measure current movement, strength, etc, and set goals together. After that, we will utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and functional movement training in order to restore normal body sensation, and maximize your capabilities.

PT is a collaborative experience. All treatment will be one-on-one, and patients are always recognized as whole humans, not just a specific injury or condition.

Movement

A movement session will consist of a combination of movement disciplines. The combination and intensity will be determined in an initial assessment, and goal setting completed during the first visit. Movement disciplines can include: Pilates, Yoga, Strength training, flexibility work, Fascial-based movement, balance training, and aerial conditioning.
