(She/Her/Hers)
Kara has been a practicing doctor of physical therapy since 2012 when she graduated from Georgia State University. She is certified to teach Yoga (RYT-200) and Pilates (CPI). She has an advanced certification in Dry Needling, and has pursued further specialization in Pelvic Health, and visceral manipulation.

She also is a teaching assistant with The Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Her educational approach is apparent in how she treats her patients as well.
In addition to traditional therapies, Kara also utilizes her yoga and Pilates training, Visceral Manipulation techniques, and sometimes you may even see her swinging from the rafters on aerial equipment. Her variety of traditional and holistic specialties help her to find the unique combination of treatments that work to empower each individual client.

Charlie Watts
(She/Her/Hers)
OTD, OTR/L, PCS
Charlie (she/her) earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Georgia State University and specializes in pelvic health for pregnant and postpartum people. With advanced training through Herman & Wallace, Core Exercise Solutions, and the Institute for Birth Healing, her work centers on reigniting trust, function, and connection within the body.
Charlie’s path into pelvic health began as a labor doula, where she witnessed the power of feeling supported, heard, and embodied during vulnerable moments. She works with individuals navigating pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, nervous system dysregulation, birth preparation, and the challenge of returning to daily life after birth or other major transitions. As an occupational therapist, she brings a functional, relational, and somatic lens to care—bridging clinical treatment with lived experience.
Her approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and gender-affirming, creating space for clients to arrive as they are. By blending evidence-based pelvic health therapy with somatic awareness, education, and movement, Charlie collaborates with each person to find care that feels grounded, supportive, and deeply (super) human.
